Hostinguer Services LLC is a property management company. We operate our clients’ apartments and villas as short-term rentals across Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Témara, Mohammadia and Bouznika — and we invoice them a management fee for that service.
Owners hand us the keys and receive a managed asset: listings, pricing, guests, cleaning, maintenance and reporting are all handled by our teams under a single management agreement.
Our business model, in plain terms.
Our clients are property owners who contract Hostinguer Services LLC to manage their short-term rental properties. They pay us a management fee, calculated as a percentage of the gross rental revenue we generate for them, plus any operational costs agreed in advance.
Guests book the properties directly on the booking platforms we list them on, mainly Airbnb. Guest payments are collected by those platforms, not by Hostinguer Services. We do not sell accommodation on this website and we do not sublet: every property in our portfolio belongs to a client who has appointed us as its manager.
We create, optimise and maintain each listing: photography direction, copywriting, amenities, house rules, calendar synchronisation and double-booking prevention across the booking platforms.
Nightly rates are adjusted continuously against seasonality, local demand, events and competitor supply, with minimum-stay rules set to protect occupancy and average daily rate.
We answer every enquiry, screen and approve bookings, send arrival instructions, manage self check-in and handle any issue during the stay on the owner’s behalf.
Turnover checklists, linen and consumables replenishment, photo-based quality control before every arrival, and coordination of the cleaning teams in each city.
Routine checks, small repairs and vendor follow-up. Any spending above the threshold agreed with the owner is submitted for validation before the work is carried out.
A monthly statement per property: gross revenue, platform fees, our management fee, cleaning, maintenance and supplies — each line traceable to a booking or an invoice.

Hostinguer Services LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, operating short-term rental management services in Morocco. Today we manage 38 properties for our clients in six cities.
Every property shown on this website is listed with the owner’s agreement and operated by our teams. Owners keep full ownership and full visibility: monthly statements, validation thresholds for spending, and the right to terminate under the notice period set in their agreement.
