Our services include listing creation and management, pricing optimisation, guest communication, check-in and check-out management, cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination and monthly owner reporting.
Our clients are the owners of the properties we manage. They pay us a management fee for these services, as set out on our management fees page and in the management agreement signed with each owner. Guests book the properties on the booking platforms on which we list them, mainly Airbnb, and their payments are collected by those platforms. Hostinguer Services LLC does not sell accommodation on this website and does not sublet the properties it manages.
The content of this website is published by Hostinguer Services LLC. We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date. The property descriptions, capacities and photographs reflect the listings published by the owners on the booking platforms; the platform listing prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
