Indicative rates. The final percentage is confirmed in writing in your management agreement and depends on the city, the size and standard of the property, and the season. Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

Billing

How you are billed, and what you pay in.

What is charged
A management fee, expressed as a percentage of the gross rental revenue collected for your property during the billing period, plus any operational costs agreed in advance (cleaning, consumables, repairs).
Billing cycle
Monthly, in arrears. Your invoice covers the services performed during the previous calendar month.
Service delivery
Management starts on the date agreed in your management agreement; onboarding is normally completed within 10 business days. The services are then delivered continuously, every day the property is under management, at the property in Morocco and electronically for reporting. Nothing is shipped, so no delivery charge applies. Full details in section 3 of our Terms & Conditions.
Currencies
Invoices are issued in Euro (EUR, €) or US Dollar (USD, $), as agreed with you when the management agreement is signed. Each invoice states the currency in full.
Payment methods
Bank transfer, or — where card payment is enabled for your invoice — credit or debit card through our authorised payment service provider. See Payment & Security.
Payment terms
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Where your rental revenue is collected through our management account, the fee may instead be deducted from the payout, and the statement shows the deduction line by line.
Refunds
Management fees relate to services already performed and are non-refundable. Exceptions for payments made in error or services not provided are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
