2. Personal data we collect

Property owners and prospective clients

• identification and contact details: full name, email address, telephone number, postal address;
• information about the property: address, type, capacity, equipment, photographs;
• contractual and financial information: management agreement, invoices, statements, payment references and bank details needed to pay you or to collect our fees.

Guests

• name and contact details, dates of stay and information related to the stay, as transmitted to us by the booking platform for the purpose of managing the reservation.

Visitors to this website

• the information you type into the owner enquiry form: name, email address, telephone number, city, type and number of properties, and the message you write;
• technical data generated automatically when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. See our Payment & Security page.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

• To answer an enquiry and prepare a proposal — on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To perform the management agreement: managing listings, reservations, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, reporting and payments — on the basis of the contract.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations, including invoicing and record keeping — on the basis of a legal obligation.
• To improve and secure our services, including quality control and prevention of fraud and abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interests.

We do not use personal data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

Personal data is shared only with parties that need it to deliver our services:

• booking platforms on which the properties are listed, such as Airbnb;
• operational suppliers: cleaning teams, maintenance and repair providers, concierge services;
• our payment service provider, our bank and our accountants, for invoicing and payment;
• our hosting and email providers, acting on our instructions;
• public authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

Personal data is never sold and never shared for third-party marketing.

5. International transfers

Our company is registered in the United States and our operations are in Morocco, so personal data may be processed in both countries and by service providers located elsewhere. When data is transferred outside the country where it was collected, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected to an equivalent standard, including by contract with our providers.

6. How long we keep it

• enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months from the last contact;
• client records and contracts: for the duration of the relationship and then for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law;
• reservation and guest data: for the period needed to manage the stay and any subsequent claim.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis, protected accounts on the platforms and tools we use, and no storage of complete card details on our systems.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete data we no longer have a valid reason to keep;
• restrict or object to a particular processing;
• provide your data in a portable format;
• withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Two elements of the site are loaded from third-party servers, which receive your IP address as a technical consequence of the request:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), for the typefaces used on the site;
• Airbnb’s image servers (a0.muscache.com), which serve the property photographs shown on the managed properties page.

You can block these requests through your browser settings or an extension; the site remains usable, with fallback fonts and without the photographs.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version, with its date, is always the one published on this page. Any material change affecting existing clients is notified by email.
